MAKE HABITS A PERMANENT PART OF YOUR ROUTINE TO BECOME EMPOWERED

● Begin Small

✔️ Start with a small version of the habit that you can do no matter what.

❓For a book per week, start with a manageable daily commitment of just 5 minutes.

● Break Down Barriers

✔️ Do everything possible to make the habit easy.

Want to start each day with meditation? Establish an early sleep schedule to wake up early and enjoy deep morning meditation.

● Be Precise

✔️ Clarify your intentions, outlining what, when, and where.

Instead of saying you will read, say you will read a book for 30 minutes each morning after meditation.

● Keep Track Of Your Progress

✔️ Record your daily progress using a journal, reminder application, alarm or calendar.

To achieve a goal of drinking eight cups of water per day, track the progress of each glass.

● Appreciate Each Success

✔️ Recognize the accomplishment of each task and day, even if failures were experienced along the way.

When learning a new habit, take pleasure in dedicating just 5 minutes to it, even if progress seems tiny.

● Claim Your Rewards

✔️ Grant yourself a small reward every time

Experiencing burnout due to work loads? Reward yourself with a piece of chocolate or a few minutes of your favourite music.

● Develop A Strategy

✔️Recognize elements that may interfere with your habit (like playing games) and formulate a plan.

Started an daily swimming but playing games to relax? Play some mindful games

● Implement Accountability

✔️ Team up with a partner or share your progress (not just the goal) with a mentor.

Go for counseling to life coach with a friend or hire a personal coach to add social pressure.

● Execute Changes

✔️ Re-design your surroundings in the way you get support.

If developing positive thoughts is the goal, Do not indulge your negative thoughts; instead, try to remain positive, even in negative situations.

● Make It Enjoyable

✔️ Identify the version of the habit that sparks your excitement

If becoming physically fit is your goal, yet you detest exercising, but have a fondness for walking, then consider walking as an alternative.

● Never Skip Two Days Consecutively

✔️ Missing one day due to other significant tasks is tolerable, but missing two consecutive days is not acceptable.

After meditating for 10 days in a row, unforeseen circumstances cause you to miss a day - don't stop! Regain your momentum by getting back on track the next day.

I've outlined a clear framework for developing lasting, successful habits of routine to become empowered. Will you apply it to transform your life, or will it be neglected and ultimately forgotten?

"Please consider booking a session" if you struggle to make these habits a regular part of your routine
