Although in this world most countries are progressive, The oppressive ruling character of women are constantly growing with them. It is sad to report that, while Western countries are booming, the third world countries like India are still lagging behind in women's empowerment. The need for women empowerment in India is very high in the current environment. There are various reasons behind this particularly political and some of others due to important reasons such as honor killing, sexual harassment, gender inequality, unfair education. The women empowerment has been moving backwards only.
The subject of women's empowerment does not imply personality. It signifies that women are capable of deciding for themselves. For centuries, men's hands have been raised slightly on them and women have passed on as slaves. Especially till too some households today, women are still living up with the same culture and the theories which basically intact And still too women continue to lagging behind to fall under the word preference in many cases at most of time. Even mostly in the poems which written about women too depicted only as a soft nature. instead everyone should realize that women are flame too. Scientific experts have proven that women are mentally more powerful than men in the time of recent. behind the continual strong words that they are soft in nature. women should recognize the politics of hidden and it should needs to be cleaned up.
Dependent World
In today's world, women's life structure was mostly dependent on men only and some of women continue to practice it under the framework of culture behind the puzzle of politics. Some women today are denied the right to reproduce. The percentage of Women in the Top Ten of the World's Leading Companies are just six. Not only just in the community, even in families too some of motherhood of the family don't even have the rights to talk. So, because of this kind of things that word is just becoming a word without meaning. If women are not the embodiment of human birth, how will be this community? how bill be sex slavery and violence? how will be the honor of being a male with head weight? From my conscience, in the absence of women, the question of whether human qualities and dignity would have grown such an extent is embodied in the symbol. Today also many women to walk alone on the street, to educate as per their wish and to go to hospital for emergency too Like a bird kept in a cage they are being treated as unlicensed. The dependent world depends on one another and there should be no partiality on that.
Directions For Women Empowerment
There are multiple ways to empower women. Together with the government, we must all work together and implement the mandatory education for all, especially women, with the best possible means of intellectual and enhancing knowledge and life for generations to come.
Everyone should be given equal opportunities and rights in all fields, regardless of gender. Equal pay, respect, systems and laws must be set. Child marriages, female slavery, women's abuses, and women's slavery must be abolished.
Most Importantly : Every parent and everyone around them has a duty to protect women from the fear of society and the misjudgment of women's actions, such as acid attacks, divorce, sexual harassment, etc...
And women who suffer for that kind of reasons should step forward to raise the case against criminals legally to reduce the crimes like that in future.
Reason and Economic Growth Of Women Education
Women have the same right to education like as men. By educating females, will gain equality in between the gender and to gain personality traits and to promote equality and women's progress.
The effect of educating women saves lives and creates strong families, communities and economies. An educated female population drives the economic growth of a country.
There are often differences in legal, religious, caste, traditional culture and practices in the prospect to get education as a women. Because of this, women lose their primary education four times more than men. For that we as human beings are forced to be ashamed.
Over four million infant deaths have been prevented by educated women over the past four years. And educated women have the power to break down the gender inequalities by promoting better employment.
An educated women becoming the reason to slow down the population growth. According to the study, educated women have fewer pregnancies. also, for the educated women the number of pregnancy in young age is low.
The AIDS infection rate decreased from 1997 to 2007 by twenty-seven percent to sixteen percent. On examining its causes, it was revealed that women who are studying and completing secondary education are armed with an awareness campaign against it.
The Child Marriage
Falling into the well of child marriage and being thrown away is a serious crime.
Shocking information is that 15 million 18 year old women become spouses. Let's say an average of four thousand child marriages per day would put an end to child education and progress. And 16 million women between the ages of 15 and 19 give birth and that Pain can be felt by a woman. Its also the fact that women are deprived of education due to child care and other reasons.
In particular, educated women do not give up heavily on child marriage. In nearly 18 to 20 states, illiterate women are six times more likely to be thrown on child marriage.And 60% of married child doesn't have formal basic education. As such, 90 per cent of child married children parents are illiterate. And this is also a major cause, The stark reality is that they are thrown into the underworld to protect their children. All of this is due to lack of proper and uniform educational knowledge.
