Life Coaches aren't just talking to people for living.
We're carrying storms for others.
We need to stop undervaluing emotional labor.
Because what the attached image shows? That's real work.
● It taking someone's pain and helping them grow.
● It's holding space for anger, grief, anxiety.
● It's being calm in someone else's chaos.
We applaud hustle, deadlines, KPI's
But we ignore the people who do the hardest work of all :
- Turning storms into safe spaces
- Holding tears without fixing
- Showing up even when it's heavy
This post is for :
● Life Coaches
● Therapists
● Managers who really care
● Friends who hold space
● Leaders who listen
Just because it's invisible doesn't mean it's not valuable.
Let's stop pretending emotional support isn't work
Comment someone who makes others feel seen
They probably need the reminder too.
