I've noticed something interesting while working with executives.
The ones who question conventional approaches often feel isolated at first.
Most people feel safer around leaders who follow the established playbook.
That predictability creates a sense of real safety.
There's a lot of merit in established systems, and it can be tempting not to rock the boat.
But when you're trying to make your mark and challenge the way things are done, you attract a different kind of crowd.
That group may be smaller, but it's full of people who are:
Open to growth instead of attached to the status quo.
Forward-thinking instead of risk-averse.
→ Innovative instead of complacent.
They're the ones who'll be most involved in building something long-lasting.
If you want to start attracting the right people, try this:
