You're allowed to have bad mental health days without
feeling guilty.
We've been taught to "power through", "stay positive", and
"keep going".
But here's the truth:
* You're not a machine.
* Productivity isn't always the answer.
* Rest is not failure.
Bad days happen. And when they do, this is what helps:
→ Allow yourself to do less
→ You're allowed to hit pause
→ Talk to a good friend
→ You don't need to "have a reason" to reach out
→ Say no to social media
→ It rarely makes you feel better
→ Make a playlist of happy/familiar songs
→ Comfort > stimulation
→ Try journalling or writing it out
→ Clarity lives on paper
→ Eat well & drink water
→ Your brain needs fuel, not just motivation
→ Don't engage with triggering people or content
→ Protect your peace first
Bad mental health days don't make you weak they make
you human.
