Most leaders learn this the hard way.
In the beginning, you try to be everything for everyone. You take every call.
Solve every problem.
Carry every responsibility.
You tell yourself that’s leadership.
But over time you realize something important.
If you burn yourself to keep everyone else warm,
eventually there’s no one left to lead.
Great leadership isn’t about sacrifice without limits.
It’s about clarity.
Boundaries.
And building systems where the team doesn’t depend on one exhausted person.
Because the goal of leadership isn’t to be the flame.
It’s to build a fire that keeps burning without you.
